Return and Refund Policy

We want you and your pet to love your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order. 

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free of pet hair, odor, or damage. Items must be returned in their original packaging, with tags attached (if any). We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. 

Eligibility & Non-Returnable Items

Items marked Final sale, Clearance, or Non-Returnable are not eligible for return or exchange. Gift cards are non-refundable. For hygiene and safety reasons, any items that show signs of use cannot be accepted. 

Sizing Disclaimer 

Customers are responsible for reviewing sizing charts prior to purchase. Fit issues due to incorrect size selection are eligible for return or exchange only if the item meets our return condition requirements. 

Return Shipping

A return shipping label will be provided for approved returns. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, which will be deducted from the refund, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Photos are required to verify the issue. In these cases, we will provide a return label at no cost and issue a replacement or full refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected. we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment method within 5-10 business days. Refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider. 

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject yo product availability. If the requested exchange is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it must follow the return process outlined above.

Refused or Unclaimed Packages 

Packages refused or returned to sender may be subject to return shipping fees and restocking fees.

Limitation of Liability 

We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper use, sizing selection, or failure to follow care instructions. Our liability is limited to the original purchase price of the item.
